Q1. Can I make a reservation by email or by phone?
----> Yes, after receiving your email (or call) we will contact you about the availability of the room you requested. If there is no response on your part then the inquiry is closed and there is no booking.
Q2. Is there anything else I should know about making a reservation?
----> When a reservation has been made far in advance we ask that you contact us a week or so before arrival to reconfirm the reservation. Otherwise your booking may change or be cancelled altogether. And please note we only accept Korean currency.
Q3. Do you offer meals?
----> Meals are not included with your stay but we do have a kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. Also various restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, and grocery stores are nearby.
Q4. Are towels provided?
----> Most guests bring their own towels but if requested at the time of booking (and if available) we can provide you a towel.
Q5. Is there a curfew?
----> There is no curfew but past 11pm we ask that you be more mindful of other guests who are sleeping.
Q6. Is the neighborhood/guesthouse safe?
----> About 30 meters away from the guesthouse is a bustling business district that stays lively late into the night but the guesthouse itself is quite quiet. At midnight the front door’s keypad lock is activated and all rooms have keypad locks with individual combinations. If necessary there is a police
station that can send an officer within minutes.
Q7. Do rooms have lockers?
----> All rooms have either lockers or drawers that lock however as we cannot always provide locks it’s best to bring your own.
Q8. Do you have internet?
----> In addition to two computers with internet access that are free to use our whole guesthouse has wi-fi.
Q9. Can I check-in in the morning?
----> Check-in is after 2pm but if your situation warrants an earlier check-in we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q10.Can I leave my bags even though I've checked-out?
----> If needed you may leave your bags until evening. There is a fee if bags are left for longer periods. Check-out is 11am so if you have not moved out of the room by then without notifying us of some extenuating circumstance you will be charged for another night’s stay.
Q11.Can I get a refund if my itinerary changes?
----> Once checked in we do not offer refunds so be sure to book once your itinerary is in order.
